The number of clients who give David repeated Conveyancing business is evidence alone of his prompt, efficient, friendly and professional service. He deals with a wide range of residential conveyancing, but with a particular specialisation representing overseas investment clients and dealing with new property purchasers.
Educated in Cheltenham at Pates Grammar School, David started in law in 1969 working for several local solicitors including a 17-year spell with Cheltenham firm, BPE. David joined Christopher Davidson Solicitors in May 1999.
David has 55 years’ conveyancing experience and has developed very strong links overseas clients, particularly based in Hong Kong and other south-east Asian countries. To accommodate global time differences, his client’s needs or other factors, he regularly starts his day in the office at 6.30am.
Outside of work David’s hobbies include overseas travel, video games, table tennis, croquet – he plays croquet to international standard having represented England and Great Britain on many occasions. Having Russian grandparents, he also represented Russia in the 2005 world croquet championship! Although he has already visited more than 50 countries, he would like to see as many more as possible!
