Keith Ellis
Keith is the managing partner of the firm.
Educated at Birkenhead School and Durham University, his first job was here at Christopher Davidson Solicitors in 1987, when he joined as a trainee. He spent his first few years under the wing of the founder of the firm, Bill Davidson. Keith qualified as a Solicitor in 1989 and he has been a partner for more than 20 years.
Keith acts for a variety of commercial clients, including developers and commercial landlords and tenants. Keith appreciates the need for commercial clients to be able to make prompt decisions, whilst efficiently being appraised of all issues or risks, and will strive to find alternative solutions to achieving the client’s goal which is both cost and time effective. His extensive retained list of clients bears witness to that principle.
Keith varied caseload includes, but is not limited to:-

- Commercial Property matters
- Company Mergers & Acquisitions
- Landlord & Tenant matters
- Lease renewals
As well as dealing with a broad spectrum of commercial clients, Keith also acts on residential property matters for established and high net worth clients and their families with over 25 years conveyancing experience.
Away from the office Keith’s spends his time with his family, reading, music, and cookery. His aim in life is not to let anyone down.
